We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to collaborate with International cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and contribute to the success of our innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Business Analyst at AIUS, you will:

- Analyze business requirements and facilitate effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough business model and process analysis.
- Assist in developing vision documents and business process modeling.
- Evaluate functional requirements and perform business case analysis.
- Participate in risk analysis to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with developers to implement requirements seamlessly.
- Provide coordination and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Play a vital role in resolving production issues as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:

- Proficiency in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Over 2 years of experience in business analysis for complex information systems.
- Experience in the customs sector is advantageous.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-BA, IREB) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with core organization specifications and application operations (e.g., procurement, financing, security).
- Strong ability to assess, prioritize, and establish requirements.
- Project management skills to contribute effectively to project success.
- Optional: Knowledge of customs business processes.
- Optional: Experience in implementing information systems for the public sector.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient writing skills for clear documentation.
- Ability to manage specialists within the responsibility area.
