Tasks :
Be a Management Partner:
– Working closely with the management and the production department
– Development of measures to comply with the corporate goals
– Control of measures and where appropriate initiate corrections
– Advising the management / be the extended arm of the management
Set up of new needed controlling tools
Create and follow-up the process to record the company assets record by assigning a unique number to each asset reported in the balance sheet. Ensure a periodic physical control
Implementation of cost accounting structure
Implementation of standard costing
Preparation of project calculations
Preparation of management reports (results, commentary, recommended action)
Preparation of calculations on article level (contribution margin)
Handle accounting of special production costs
Participate with the management in the profitability analyses and controlling of investments
Preparation of liquidity planning
Active support in Working Capital management
Participate in tracking of performance improvement measures
Implementation of an internal control system including corresponding control execution
Management and maintenance of cost accounting and controlling systems
Creating a target costing system
Participate in evaluation of measurements to reach the targets
Perform post product cost analysis to check the effectiveness of these measures
Participate with the management in development of an internal cost allocation and performance measurement system
Support the management for the preparation of the yearly forecasts and budgets
Support in the development of internal reporting and key performance indicators
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Participate in preparation of monthly cash calls and presentation of variation analysis
Create ad hoc evaluations and present it to the management
Execute the inventory management, inventory control and investment
Follow up of assets identification and them periodic inventory
Expand the controlling into the areas of production, projects, materials, purchasing and sales
Support at the implementation of an ERP system
Coordination with financial and accounting auditors
Your Profile :
Successfully completed business studies (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering) with a focus on controlling
At least five years of professional experience in controlling
Safe handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
– Experience with German GAAP
Experience with the IFS – ERP system and LucaNet
Proficient in English, German would be a plus
Good understanding of production processes in the automotive industry
