Key responsibilities
The People Experience Lead keeps our team functioning like a well-oiled machine. You will be responsible for managing and improving upon all people and operations tasks. Your challenge will be to provide people with the right environment and resources to thrive, ensuring every team member is set up for success, personally and professionally. This includes the following:
- Collaborate with Group Leadership to coordinate the new hire onboarding process
- Lead the planning and organization of leadership and company-wide events such as team socials, leadership offsites and company-wide meetings
- Assist with the performance management process, including the effort to create evaluation templates and conduct frequent audits of the system
- Plan & execute Virtual and Physical team social events and other cultural initiatives
- Stay informed about HR technologies and best practices and seek ways to improve employee experience and administrative efficiency
- Maintain the integrity of employee data in our People Management system for all employees, such as; reporting, uploading documents, and processing job changes
- Provide professional support on a variety of administrative tasks across the company
- Manage all logistics for standard business travel and special events
- Prepare presentations, documents and other reports as needed
- Organize the day-to-day office operations and inventory
- Ordering and assigning appropriate equipment for new hires & tracking all tech inventory
- Coordinate with IT to ensure all team members have access to required tools and logins for role responsibilities
- Responsible for management and maintenance of our physical working office space, including, but not limited to: managing leasing relationships, organizing team member access and memberships, coordinating monthly working hubs, and operational requirements, etc.

Candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a Global Workforce
- Degree in HR or related fields
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, initiative, and creative problem solving
- Self-starter who can drive key initiatives with minimal direction and can wear many hats, sometimes at the same time
- Act as a champion and role model for our company values and culture
- A growth mindset, where you always strive to be better today than you were yesterday and are constantly learning with the goal of becoming a master of your craft
- A team player–you enjoy learning from others
- You like helping the company grow and enjoy contributing to our overall success
- Actively promote and live the company culture and values on a day-to-day basis, promoting a collaborative and team environment, working to achieve a high level of employee engagement
- You have an understanding of people analytics & building dashboards
- Experience with tools such as Google Suite (Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Presentation)
