Chief an Accounting and Corporate Services

Project: Power Plant Construction Project
Working Place: Basically at his/her home and once a week (or less) Tunis office
Duties:​The selected candidate will focus on the accounting and administration works and his/her duties will include:

(i) Making journals and slips for project accounting including obtaining correct evidences;
(ii) Making invoices;
(iii) Obtaining the permits, licenses and other authorization from the authorities; and
(iv) Supporting the office operation (IT, facility, purchase of consumables etc.) and negotiating with suppliers and service providers such as IT companies and rent-a-car companies.

Required Skills and Competencies:​

At least 3 years of accounting work,
#gasBasic knowledge of accounting and Tunisian tax
• Seeking advice from lawyers & accountants to support decision making,
• Fluent in English and French ,
• Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability,
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability for teamwork (collaboration),
• Good understanding of business, and
• Good IT skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point
