Quality Deputy Manager

Mission:

Maintain and develop quality at the site in accordance with central guidelines.
Ensure product and process quality to the customer and detect risks and opportunities early.
Initiate all necessary corrective and preventive actions in daily operations.
Assist significantly in the conduct of internal and external audits.
Clarify quality issues and ensure their resolution in collaboration with team members.
Engage all relevant people in quality thinking.
Lead, develop and motivate subordinate employees in accordance with company management principles.
Ensure the relevance of the data entered in the quality reports.
Be responsible for the release of serial production processes and products.
Contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Requirements:

University degree.
Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
Proven experience in personnel management.
Perfect command of English and German.
