𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
3. Participate in architectural design discussions and provide input on best practices.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Implement security and data protection measures.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
7. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
10. Collaborate with other teams to integrate third-party APIs and services.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
4. Expertise in React.js for front-end development, including knowledge of state management (e.g., Redux).
5.Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a significant plus.
6 . Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
7 . In-depth experience with MongoDB and database design.
8 . Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
9 . Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
10 . Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT). 11. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
12. Version control using Git.
13. Experience with build tools like Webpack and transpilers like Babel.
14. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
15. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
16. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
17. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
