Charlton Morris have recently partnered with a leading engineered solution provider that are helping municipal and industrial clients with their most difficult separation problems across solid-liquid and liquid-liquid applications. Our client serves a range of customer segments across environmental wastewater and olive oil sectors.
With the combination of in-depth market knowledge, in-house manufacturing and an agile aftermarket service team, this growing mid-sized organisation have the capability of designing, engineering in installing truly innovative mechanical solutions to the market. The business is headquartered in Europe, with 12 international regional hubs and a workforce of more than 600 people.
They are looking for a new General Manager to head up operations across North Africa. If you have the ability to lead multi-functional teams, excellent commercial skills and experience working with mechanical separation solutions, you may be the person we are looking for.
What are the main responsibilities of the role?
The main responsibilities of this position will be to head up all sales, product development, engineering, operations and back office activities. Leading a multi-functional team across multiple facilities, you will have complete control of operations across North Africa, holding full P+L responsibility, defining company strategy and ensuring profitability of the business across this region.
