The SIYOU Technology team is passionate about business partnering in its truest sense. You will play a critical role in developing and delivering the HR plan across for a dedicated business across Tunisia. You will work closely with the senior leadership teams and the wider HR team, utilizing your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change.

As HR Manager with a pan Tunisia scope you will partner the senior operational team in your region operating with high levels of autonomy. You will have exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on national and international HR projects. You will also be expected to build a team to support a growing organization.

Whatever you focus on, it will all be aimed at delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• ·       Have significant HR experience at Head of HR level
• ·       Proven people leader and success in partnering with teams locally, regionally and internationally
• ·       Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing ambiguity and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plan.
• ·       Strong writing (ideally as an author or content creator) and speaking skills to communicate complex analysis/findings to senior leaders.
• ·       Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels including hourly paid
• ·       Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable.
• ·       Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• ·       Have intellectual curiosity; bring valuable insight into the team / business
• ·       Able to work both on a team (as member and leader) and independently to deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• ·       Able to work with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and often changing priorities.
• ·       Have led complex change management and/or led key HR project implementation
• ·       Strong awareness of Employee/ Industrial relations
• ·       Master degree or above, more than a couple years of work experience in related industries;
• ·       Those with working experience in e-commerce and Internet industry are preferred;
• ·       Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
• ·       Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure;
• ·       Strong oral and written communication skills
