We are looking for

an HR manager

to oversee and provide a broad range of strategic HR services and processes. 

Responsibilities

• Managing the recruitment and Onboard new hires
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Catalyst for global & regional HR policies that should be implemented at local level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Current laws and regulations pertaining to human resources function
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• People oriented and result driven
• Deep knowledge of Tunisian Labor law
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
