We’re offering an alternative to full time employment, suited to the entrepreneurial-type recruiter who prefers to work to their own schedule from a home office in a freelance capacity.

Tasks

• Vacancy Talent Mapping using LinkedIn & other tools.
• Headhunting.
• Qualify candidates via phone or skype calls.
• Understand candidate skills, requirements and motivations to determine suitability.
• Present career opportunities positively and professionally to generate interest.
• Submit candidates with supporting interview notes.
• Efficiently fill open positions.

Desired Background

• 3+ years of successful recruitment experience.
• Sales recruitment experience, ideally.
• Technology sector exposure and strong technical aptitude.
• Fluent English.
• LinkedIn access (professional/recruiter/premium).
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and professional.
• Excellent communication skills and highly confident.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and humility.
• Ideally educated to degree level.
• Experience working as a freelancer in a remote position (WFH), ideally.
