TADAEEM project is implementing USAID’s Tunisia Accountability, Decentralization and Effective Municipalities. 

Objectives :
The Web & SharePoint Developer may be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining SharePoint environments and Microsoft SQL Server databases, as well as creating and designing different websites.

Responsibilities:
 Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
 Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint-based applications and workflows based on business requirements;
 Develop mobile native and hybrid applications for Android and iOS;
 Develop and implementing mobile applications and mobile UI/UX;
 Write and edit content of TADAEEM’s online platforms under the direction of MEL Communications;
 Design TADAEEM and partner’s website and train the team on the use of site tools;
 Provide training to TADAEEM staff and partners on web design, maintenance and strategy, including developing user guides and job aids;
 Create products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing;
 Keep up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies;
 Daily Media Monitoring report support and back-up; and 
 Any other duties assigned by supervisor or project leadership.

Requirements:
 Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications;
 Experience working in office 365 applications;
 Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables;
 Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision;
 Experience developing with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript;
 Familiarity with PowerApps, Flow, Logic Apps, Microsoft/Office Graph, Azure, Visual Studios, Power BI, MS SQL Server, and SharePoint Modern Pages/Web Parts preferred; and 
 Prior experience working for international donor online development/management desired.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
 2 years of experience.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Reporting Requirements 
The Web and SharePoint Developer will report to the IT Manager and the MEL Manager, as needed
