Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the French marketing team: Hire, mentor, and guide a talented group of marketing professionals to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies: Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing with a strong focus on analytical decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns: Leverage data and performance tracking tools to enhance conversion rates and campaign results.
• Ensure flawless campaign execution: Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as paid advertising, CRO, and lead generation, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Enhance the customer journey: Continuously optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and customer touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate across global teams: Work closely with international colleagues from the global marketing and sales departments to align on goals and strategies.

Innovate with purpose: Identify new opportunities and develop creative marketing strategies tailored to the French market’s unique needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar).
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and high-performance management.
• Deep expertise in SEO and Google Ads, with a thorough understanding of both organic and paid search strategies.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, derive insights, and drive decisions that improve performance.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO): Skilled in optimizing landing pages and improving the user journey to drive conversions.
• Proven ability to track and report performance: Comfortable monitoring key metrics and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution: Able to see the big picture while focusing on precise implementation.
• High proficiency in French (C2) and English
• A remote-first mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
