ODEON Tours was founded in 1992, it has subsidiaries operating in Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

Services that constitute activity in these countries are:

• Accommodation services,
• All kinds of transportation and reception services,
• Customized services,
• Guidance and tour services,
• Mice and group organizations.

ODEON Tours provides a wide range of tourism products in the countries where it is present, including destination services for customers from all segments of tour operators within and outside the group.

In addition, a central structure called “Destinations Management Center” has been established by Odeon Tours in order to meet the product and service needs of the tour operators under the roof of the group and to maintain quality standards in all destinations. This structure provides accommodation for guests of the Group’s tour operators and partners in approximately 35 countries where the Group does not have any subsidiary and supervises the provision of high quality services.

We are looking for an

“Quality Assurance Specialist”

with following qualifications who will work at Odeon Tunisia Office;

• Having a minimum of 3 years of implementation experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Customer Feedback Management System standards,
• Preferably carried out a similar task in the tourism sector (tour operator, travel agency or accommodation),
• Preferably worked as a consultant, trainer or auditor in an international audit firm,
• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, preferably Industrial Engineer,
• Excellent command of English,
• Strong analytical, planning, reporting and organizational skills,
• Able to use MS Office applications effectively,
• No restriction for domestic / international travel,
• Have a driver’s license.

Job Descriptions;

• To ensure the integrated installation and implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Complaint Management System with Coral Holding processes.
• Ensuring the execution of quality control and occupational safety audits of the organization’s products/services, including supplier audits.
• To ensure continuous improvement by focusing on total quality, understanding customer needs and expectations within the organization, and monitoring the quality of the products and services offered.
