- 🔎 We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of essential equipment, materials, and services for our oil and gas operations.
Key responsibilities:
➖ Oversee purchase order lifecycle to meet delivery schedules
➖ Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate schedules, and resolve discrepancies
➖ Manage logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring regulatory compliance
➖ Track inventory levels and collaborate with procurement/warehouse teams
➖ Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation
➖ Identify and address potential delays to avoid project disruptions
➖ Prepare reports on order status, delivery performance, and issues
