𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and maintain interface style guide that ensures consistency across web applications.
• Select appropriate color palettes, fonts, and imagery that effectively convey intended messages, evoke desired emotions, and align with application identity.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to understand application functionalities, user needs, and application identity.
• Design eye-catching posters, banners, and other visual content for seminars, conferences, and online platforms (LinkedIn, website, blog posts).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, implementing them into projects effectively.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and illustration (if applicable).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with UI/UX design principles a plus.
• Excellent understanding of visual communication and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and meet deadlines effectively.
