Sprint Art is a pioneering business acceleration program dedicated to empowering artists in emerging markets. Since our inception in 2021, we have been at the forefront of nurturing artistic talent, facilitating exhibitions, and enhancing production capabilities. With five successful editions in Tunisia and one in Rwanda, Sprint Art is embarking on an ambitious expansion across Africa. Our mission is to create a vibrant ecosystem that supports artists’ growth and showcases the rich diversity of African art to the world.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the arts in emerging markets. Reporting directly to the Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating the implementation of Sprint Art across different regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of art, culture, and business, driving meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the coordination and implementation of Sprint Art programs across various African regions, adapting strategies to meet local needs.
– Craft compelling grant proposals to secure funding and ensure the sustainability of the program.
– Maintain detailed reports on program progress, challenges, and successes to inform strategic decisions.
– Develop engaging presentations to communicate the value and impact of Sprint Art to stakeholders and potential partners.
– Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the program’s reach and impact.
– Foster strong relationships with Sprint Art alumni, engaging them in ongoing initiatives and leveraging their insights for program enhancement.

– A dynamic individual with a background in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
– Multilingual proficiency in Arabic, French, and English to effectively communicate across our diverse network.
– A passion for the arts and cultural expression
– Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of success in event management or related activities.
