Digital Marketing Officer
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Officer (F/M) who can plan and manage all of our digital marketing channels and campaigns. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and contribute to the organisation’s marketing strategy to increase customer sales and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Executing the organisation’s annual digital marketing plan, including Social Media, SEO and SEA
Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy
Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation’s online brand
Managing & analyzing Ads campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
Producing regular digital dashboards for the Top Management, reporting progress against set KPIs
Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance and website analytics to create data-driven decisions.
Working closely with colleagues in Product, Regions, CSR and HR to ensure all activity is integrated
Creating and managing content for internal communication channels
Candidate requirements :
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business or a related field
Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience using Content Management Systems (WordPress)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, preferably with experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Hands-on experience with advertising social media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc
Excellent communication skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Desirable:
Proven working experience in digital marketing agency
HTML/CSS skills are a PLUS
