– Job Title:
SAP HCM Consultant
– Description of Role:
You will be part of the SAP HCM team. You are self-motivated and keen to learn. You have a strong sense of personal responsibility toward delivering efficient and genuine work. Most importantly you display good communication skills and thrive to have good feedback from the clients.
Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Duties:
• Developing training plans to ensure that employees have the skills they need to perform their jobs successfully.
• Creating and reviewing recruitment plans to ensure that hiring goals are being met.
• Helping companies improve their employee satisfaction through surveys and assessments of workplace culture.
• Providing consulting services to businesses regarding human resource management best practices.
• Working with managers to establish objectives and goals for employees.
• Developing training plans and providing training sessions to educate employees on topics such as leadership, conflict resolution, customer service, and teamwork.
• Conducting performance evaluations to determine whether an employee is meeting goals or if disciplinary action is necessary.
• Determining which training programs are most effective for different groups of employees based on their roles and needs.
• Recommending organizational changes based on findings from evaluations.
• Understand business processes and needs to configure the SAP HCM system accordingly.
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide expert-level support on all SAP HCM modules.
• Train end users on how to use the system.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
- ▪ Hold a degree or an equivalent qualification in a specialization field.
- ▪ Good Communicational skills.
- ▪ Posses good written and verbal communication skills.
- ▪ Willingness to travel.
Optional:
-
- ▪ SAP certified ( SAP HCM) or willing to pursue SAP certification.
