#Role_mission :

Under the direction of the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the site leadership through annual planning cycles, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The purpose of the Finance Analyst is to assist the accurate and timely production of the period end results as well as delivering accurate and relevant reporting, including understanding key variances and movements.

#Responsabilities :

✓ Work closely with local Finance Teams (Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, etc…) to solve any dayto-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of topic related to Finance
✓ Works closely with other members of Group Controlling, Group Finance and Lines of Business,
✓ Support Cost monthly budget / Headcount Planning / Cost by function reporting.
✓ Ensure monthly Intercompany billing process
✓ Assist on preparing and updating the files and templates needed for the review and presentation of monthly results, budgets, forecasts
✓ Analyses and understands variations vs last year, budget and forecast
✓ Provide support and guidance to other Finance Business partners during the process according with Group guidelines  Maintaining open and clear communication with multiple business unit finance teams 

#Requirements :

✓ Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
✓ Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
✓Fluent with verbal & written English and French communication.
