MICLA Engineering & Design is looking for graduated people to be hired in the role of Automotive E-Traction Engineer.

In the context of Vehicle Electrification and Electrical Powertrain systems and components development and integration (battery pack, BMS, e-motor, …),

we are looking for the following roles:

· System engineering – e-traction functions development owner
· System integration and validation engineer
· Electronic component development responsible – component owner
· HIL development engineer

– Requirements:

· Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronic Engineer or Computer science.
· From 6 months up to six years work experience in similar position
· Knowledge about automotive component development process
· Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture
· Competence in automotive networking and diagnostic, CAN communication

– Required Soft Skills:

· Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex organization
· Excellent communication, strong leadership, interpersonal and effective communication skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks
· Experience working in cross functional teams
· Availability to travel

– Language skills: German and English are mandatory.
