Segula Technologies Tunisia is looking for

an HR Manager

to be based in Tunis.

Our next HR Manager will be in direct reporting to the Tunisia Country Director and in close collaboration with the International HR Team at the HQ.

The main missions will be:

· Develop and implement the HR strategy, which supports the business plan, as well as offer flexibility for change and growth.
· Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labour relations.
· Overall responsibility for decisions making and management of day-to-day activities.
· Organise and provide relevant data to board level, on relevant HR functions.
· Day-to-day collaboration and consultation to senior line managers on HR issues
· Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies;
· Coordinate the recruitment function for efficient talent management, growing the internal talent team.
· Develop human resources operations in relation to financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
· Support management by providing human resources.
· Guide management and employee actions by developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
· Comply with country, provincial, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
· Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications

· BSc/Master’s degree in HR Management or Business
· English and Arabic fluent. Another language would be a plus, especially French.
· Previous experience leading and managing large HR functions, better if in a global engineering company
· General knowledge of all functional areas in HR
· Exceptional organizational and project management skills
· Demonstrated ability scaling processes and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
