Dabchy is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling customers’ queries and calls. Your role is to identify their needs ( Sales, Information requests etc…), clarify required information and resolve customer inquiries from different channels mainly emails and calls. You will also liaise with our courier partners, valued clients and interact with various departments within the company to offer a seamless experience within the online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Operations Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
• This role is crucial in ensuring a world class service and the satisfaction of our clients.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels (Calls & Emails)
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Knowing our process inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Analyze and spot fraudulent orders and breaches to our regulations

Job requirements

• To do well in this role, it will be critical to understand Dabchy’s values and to have a deep knowledge of all our products and materials, as well as operational challenges.
