Quality Specialist

The Position

• As a Quality Specialist in Novo Nordisk, you will establish and maintain a robust, simple and in compliance Quality Management System within the Tunisian affiliate, and you will enhance Quality Mindset within departments and ensure proper audit readiness state.
• You will aim for optimization, simplification, and enhanced compliance within processes, and you will ensure excellent monitoring and implementation of internal and external requirements.
• You will also contribute to establishing and maintaining a robust, simple and in compliance Quality Management, and enhancing Quality Mindset within departments
  

Qualifications

• We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
  • Relevant academic degree within medical/life science field.
  • 3-5 years’ of demonstrated experience in quality discipline ideally in pharmaceutical companies
  • High level of integrity – quality and compliance oriented.
  • French & English – written and spoken, is a must.
