As an Android developer on the Mobile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Mobile apps.

Participating in and collaborating with the rest of the team the entire process from whiteboard to deployment, you will put tools and features in the hands of users and see how your solutions help people find workers and work.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about beautiful interfaces, effective code, and elegant and clever solutions.

We want our engineers to be excited about taking on new challenges, as well as learning from and growing with us.

Responsibilities

• Design beautiful and user-friendly Mobile interfaces.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality Android code(Kotlin) or Android Native
• Own the entire development lifecycle of select roadmap features, including design, development, testing, release, and post-release support
• Interact with end-users and internal users to support them, receive feedback, and help plan new features for the platform.
• Embody our world-class tech team and company cultures.

Requirements

• Experience building Android Applications (Kotlin) and have an understanding of the Android ecosystem.
• Experience with DevOps and version control best practices.
• Understanding of Android Architecture components.
• Experience with integrating third-party libraries and REST APIs.
• Has an interest in learning and contributing to our fullstack devlopment environment ( Android and iOS)
• A good eye for design, including both UI and UX.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and users.
• Able to work in-office for the first onborading weeks , than alternating with WFH and onsite presence

Preferred Experience

• Has particpating in creating one or more applications in Play Store.
• Experience with the application deployment process.
• Experience with managing and empowering junior developers and interns
