Job Position:

Copywriter

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

+ 4 years proven working experience as a copywriter or similar role
Preferred to have experience in eCommerce
Excellent writing and research skills, strong attention to detail
Experience with SEO
Willingness to be immersed in an international and entrepreneurial environment
Strong client understanding skills
Effective leadership and management, Good verbal and written communication, Planning and research skills, Teamwork and interpersonal skills, Business Expertise, Operational Ability, Leadership Skills, Strategic Thinking, Time Management.
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
Proficiency in many social media platforms
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrable skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, ability to maintain keen attention to detail
Relevant education or trainings
Foreign Language: Fluency in English and frensh

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the marketing team
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
Edit product descriptions, buying guides, and supportive text throughout our client e-commerce and/or social media platforms
Writing SEO optimized blog posts, web and ad copy, and email newsletters.
Incorporate SEO best practices into writing, including the integration of keywords
Conduct editorial reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in language, style, and tone.
Work with the digital marketing manager to create email copy for the newsletter in both English & Arabic languages.
Analyze data and analytics and seek to increase reader engagement and retention.
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Analyze and monitor the user behavior to come up with better value propositions
Present completed ideas to clients/team members
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
