Today, we are looking for a profile “Brand Retail Lead” to join our team for supervisory purposes.

This role is based in Tunis.

Your ‘day to day’

Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will be responsible of driving strategy projects and initiatives which aim to have a maximum impact.

More specifically you will

• Supervise the implementation of retail guidelines at our business partners (e.g., operational process, consumer programs);
• Contribute to projects aimed to improve digital presence of Brand Retail;
• Create strategies based on regular analysis (related to brands and consumers, competition, trade channels dynamics, behaviors and evolution);
• Draft adequate processes, scripts allowing an optimal execution of consumer programs on the level of our business partners;
• Continuously monitor the market and gather the insights and developments in brand channel in line with brand regional strategy.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ within FMCG, with experience in business development.
• University degree in Business Administration, or any related field is mandatory.
• Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
• Ability to process, use, understand, interpret, and synthetize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performance.
