Corporate Compliance Manager

Are you a hardworking professional with a financial compliance background?

The successful candidate will provide overall support for the:

– Implementation of Proinvest/Ecole Canadienne de Tunis (ECT) Group organizational compliance program.
– Conducts, oversee and provide guidance to technical departments. – Supports the implementation of management control policies to ensure compliance with applicable internal management procedures and international Donor regulations and requirements; and Proinvest/Ecole Canadienne de Tunis Group policies, procedures and standards of conduct.

Key Job Outcomes;

– Oversee all budget and cost accounting activities, reports and analysis.
– Analyze and conduct reviews of financial data or effort-related data to ensure data integrity, compliance with Clients/internal regulations/institutional policies and procedures.
– Review and identifies Business Units deficits that require remediation.
– Work with Finance, Accounting, Project Managers and other Office of Research Project Administration Unit Leaders units, as needed, to resolve outstanding issues.
– Prepare reports /billing with expenses and billable LOE (Time-sheet)
– Assist with responses to external auditors.
– Compliance Program Implementation: Provides overall support for the development and implementation of the PROINVEST/ECT compliance program, including policy management, compliance training and communications, internal reporting, and integration of compliance into PROINVEST/ECT business processes.
– Provides guidance to team leaders, managers on how to perform assignments as appropriate.
– Ensures staff are aware of appropriate channels for reporting and compliance and coordinates with CFO and CEO to ensure appropriate tracking of compliance issues.
– Coordinates with department offices to implement key initiatives and best practices
– Participates in cross-functional project teams.
