Offshore DigidiomTunisia is an IT development company specializing in the design of innovative solutions specifically for the online shop dedicated for the European market.
 DigidiomTunisia is now looking for a talent in the business for the Sales Consultant position to strengthen its Business & Marketing team.

Main responsibilities include:

·       Develops prospect lists and performs email outreach to prospective customers.
·       Build your own network (customers and partners) and act as a solution provider
·       Educates customers on our products and services using phone, webinars & screen sharing if necessary.
·       Advise our new and existing customers by phone, digitally and personally about our services.
·       You take over the entire consulting process for the customer (from acquisition, needs assessment, through order processing to project support)
·       Tracks the progress of customers through our sales funnel & follows up appropriately.
·       Identifies opportunities to improve our service based on customer interactions.
·       Ensure all KPIs that concern Sales, Contacts, Access to the website, etc.
·       Identify interesting prospects, convert them into customers, and increase the happiness of existing high-value customers.
·       Provide reports relating to your activity and sales progress.
·       Update the sales Customer relationship management (CRM) in an accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management.

Exigences de l’employ
Profile:

·       You have excellent presentation and communication skills with a focus on storytelling and value selling
·       You speak fluent English/ Good level of English
·       Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
·       Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
·       Ability to contact customers, complete digital sales and manage other tasks independently
·       Willingness to adapt and implement new digital marketing strategies and sales methods
·       Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns
