One of the core roles of the CT Tunis Product Operations team is to support a marketplace of products defined according to Cimpress Product Standards.  These standards are created and maintained by Cimpress Technology on behalf of businesses participating in the Cimpress Mass Customization Platform.  

The Operations team is an extension of Cimpress product management resources located within Cimpress Technology as well as the individual Cimpress businesses.  As such, there are two functions that a successful team member will master.  Those will be the roles of:

2. Standards Curator – Responsible for creating and updating Product Standards within Cimpress Technology
3. Product Manager – Extending capacity and proficiency for Cimpress businesses through facilitation of proper adherence of existing and new products to the Cimpress Standards

The role of the Print Specialist will be focused primarily on the Standards Curation and secondly on understanding and supplementing the role of the Product Managers within our businesses. To be an effective Standards Curator, one will need to be knowledgeable about individual businesses’ mass customized product offerings as well as the Product Standards to which such offerings should adhere. In addition, an understanding of the core composition of a customized product, including standard print, finish and binding will allow a successful Print Specialist to accurately define the necessary attributes that a properly curated Standard should contain.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek to acquire an intimate knowledge of Cimpress Standards and the products that they are designed to represent, as well as a deep a knowledge of the product offerings of one or more of the Cimpress Businesses
• Effectively communicate with Product Managers within the Cimpress business community in order to drive alignment in terms of proper standards implementation for their new and existing products
• Represent one or more businesses’ requests for updates and improvements to standards, ultimately pushing those requests through, a to-be designed, approval processes
• Manage CT Standards through continued creation, curation, update and improvement
• Seek to find ways to improve and continuously streamline processes, allowing CT to bring value to our customers faster
• Identify and remediate blockers/impediments using problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 Years of Business Experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
