If you don’t know us yet, we are a carpooling solution for Africans allowing them to transport with dignity, without spending a fortune.
Split is a mobile app matching people having a car with those taking public transports, to share their daily rides, as well as its costs.
Currently, we are based in Tunisia, with the will to expand to some African countries very quickly.

We are searching for a technical project manager to join the IT team, and take responsibilities and provide added value to make this project grow and use her/his skills to the fullest !

Must have :

– Full Stack JS (NodeJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS)
– Data Base : MongoDB & Firebase
– Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT team at a company or startup
– Agile skills and mindset
– Creative, diligent and hardworking

Nice to have :

– Experience in managing a team or a project
– Scrum Master experience
– Know how to listen and convert idea to project

In this role you will :

– Participate in the development of the solution.
– Manage the technical and functional roadmap in conjunction with the product team.
– Continuously update a realistic plan that reflects the company’s strategic priorities.
– Ensure a good interface between the technical and functional teams to guarantee the quality of deliveries and the respect of deadlines
– Ensure the proper functioning of Agile work methods within the technical team
– Implement and monitor the team’s quality and velocity indicators
