As a Talent Acquisition specialist at Expensya, you will:
Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
Attract the best talents through the use of the most efficient tools and creative ideas. You will be able to create strong relationships with the candidates to make them want to join us.
Recruit the right talents: You will identify potential talents through CVs; you know how to conduct a good interview in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.
Be an ambassador: You will identify the most relevant events to increase and lead your network, which is key to create a virtuous loop for our recruitments
Offer an unforgettable candidate experience: You will be in charge of the recruitment process. Being rigorous, reactive and ensuring a good follow-up is key to providing an excellent candidate experience.
Be efficient: You will track metrics and find solutions to improve your way of working.
Preferred experience
You have 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international and fast-growing company
Good knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS
You speak fluent English and French
You thrive in fast-paced and metrics-driven environments
You have a strong sense of curiosity and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone
You demonstrate excellent communication and influential skills
