Program Overview:
The Center for Maghrib Studies in Tunis (CEMAT) is looking for a short-term project coordinator to manage an intensive Arabic-language and academic immersion program from early June-mid July 2018. The program includes daily language instruction, visits with political and business leaders, academic lectures, short excursions and cultural events. CEMAT seeks to hire a project coordinator who will support the various elements of the program under the supervision of CEMAT’s leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
The project coordinator is expected to:
• Coordinate all elements of the language program, including lectures, visits, and housing (if needed);
• Respond to students’ and program Director’s needs;
• Logistical support to the language program;
• Help and asssit with other CEMAT logistical and programatic needs that may arise during the contract period.
Eligibility:
• Excellent and proven project management skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive & independent;
• Working knowledge of English and fluency in Arabic.
