To grow the use of its technology, our company is building a portfolio of partnerships and integrations with different private and public sector entities including central banks, ministries, payment providers, telecommunication companies and microfinance institutions among others.
As the Pre-Sales Manager in an early stage startup you will have responsibilities spanning across different areas which is an opportunity to broaden your skills and boost your growth. Your responsibilities will include Technical Management, Innovation Management, and Project Management with a strong focus on technology and software engineering. You will be responsible for the technical aspect of the solutions and products presented to prospects during the sales process of ProsperUs that involves a portfolio of highly impactful projects with various government entities, telecommunication companies and financial institutions and others.
Within this role you will be in charge of assisting and working collaboratively with the sales team in providing knowledge support all along the sales process in order to ensuring technical feasibility of projects and guarantee response adapted to prospects needs and ultimately helping winning business. The pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing and addressing technical needs of prospects as well as aligning with product development team to ensure best service to prospects.
You will work with prospects at all stages of the sales process journey prior to the sale to take place from the inception of ideas up to the transitioning to the delivery team in charge to deploy at scale. As the main point of technical contact in the sales process, you will demonstrate ProsperUs value to our prospects by consulting on technical needs, drafting the specifications, and sharing Proof of Concept with prospects.
This is also an execution focused role for someone skilled in all aspects of project management including problem solving, analyzing, planning, executing, communicating, drafting, controlling, managing priorities, projects, to deliver suitable technical solutions with excellent quality.
Key to your success will be involvement, the ability to support the sales team to win with your technical and communication skills. You will be looked to as a trusted technical expert and problem solver, determinedly overcome technical obstacles and guiding solutions forward.
Ultimately one unique measure of your long term success will be the number of partners you successfully helped onboarded on our ecosystems by collaborating on technical aspects with our sales team.

Experience in supporting the sales team to intervene on the technical part, analyses the technical need and guarantees the technical feasibility of the projects.
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
High IT and technology literacy.
Demonstrated results with progressively increasing responsibilities and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and work with a geographically distributed team.
