• Job description:

We are looking for an exceptional leader. You will directly report to the C.E.O. You will be responsible for the implementation and the improvement of Arkan’s customer experience. You will ensure a sharp execution of the centrally defined strategy, participating to its refinement, through the collection of detailed customer/vendor feedbacks, and leading related specific projects to reach those objectives.

• Your duties

• Work with the CEO to set the vision of the overall strategy; including defining long-term goals and strategies. Drive growth, profitability, and company value.
• Leading and influencing the team’s efforts to improve the customer’s and vendor’s experience
• Align resources to achieve key business activities.
• Drive continuous improvement
• Drive day-to-day operations
• Design the SLAs on the whole supply chain
• Improve the operational KPIs and design the mechanisms to control them

• Who you are

A leader who cultivates a high-performing, agile, one-team culture with a digital/start up background. A passionate and solution oriented person who loves operations and who is willing to be committed in various fields and, above all, be an active part of a regional e-commerce champion.

• You hold a top rated university master’s degree. An MBA is strongly preferred
• 7+ years’ experience with operational responsibilities in the following fields : customer service, warehousing, designing logistic networks, managing the fleet, procurement
• Proven track record of building successful digital products and high caliber teams from the ground up
• Analytical and synthetic skills and very comfortable with Excel sheets.
• Mastering a programming language is a plus (Python and/or Javascript ideally)
• Digital/Start Up background essential
