A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:

MORE is expanding the team for our client, a global spirits luxury company with multiple international brands house-hold names in its stable.

MORE is looking to recruit a Social Manager to work on this account as a dedicated member of the team on a long-term contract basis. The team’s role is to service our client’s various content production, and requests range from video production and post-production, to static social posts, to shootings and content for web (static and dynamic).

This is a great opportunity to work within a new team, creating impactful communications across the world and developing design best practices for various brands.

A strong understanding of social media ecosystem and social analytics and digital standards is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.

The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both social and analytics.

A good knowledge or history of work in social ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is essential. You’ll ideally be from an agency background with around 5/7 years’ experience. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects within the group.

You will form part of a team that delivers the following:

• Strategy
• Creative & design
• Content and video production & post
• Copywriting (Editorial and Social captions)

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Delivering a suite of insight solutions across social content, channels, trends, audiences, cultural and thematic analysis
• Track social trends and new usages
• Delivering insights into the performance of owned social channels, content, and audiences, using our social analytics tools (Khoros) on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Responsible of posting all the planned assets for the month on the KHOROS tool, working hand in hand with our Content Strategist
• Point person for countries on the KHOROS implementation and training
• Ensure the monthly updates of the content performance dashboard (social, website)
• Delivering thoughtful, inspiring social intelligence, developing them into guiding insights to solve a client challenge.
• The Social Manager will also work with our team to ensure we are creating audience, channel and content strategies that resonate with audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Minimum 3-5 years proven social intelligence or analyst expertise.
• Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
• Publish all social post on KHOROS (publication tool on social platforms)
• Analyse social data and provide summary, recommendations, and learning.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly social report.
• Ability to critically analyse and interpret social & content data, summarising findings into meaningful insights.
• Excellent knowledges and background on Luxury brands, always benches in mind
• Thrives in an environment of continual feedback and optimizing performances
• Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times
• Calm and collective
• Actively listens, requests clarification when needed
• Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development
• Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate example of Social Analytic reports
• Strong understanding of social media and social posting via platform e.g Khoros, Sprinkler, Hootsuite etc..
• Professional French and English level is mandatory
