We are currently looking for Finance Manager for our Tunis office.

Location: Tunis-Tunisia

Job Description

• ·      Business Support: Analyze, monitor, challenge and ensure compliance in the main business processes of the market.
• ·      Profitability: Monitor on ongoing basis all cost drivers of the P&L and promote cost effectiveness throughout the organization. Drive delivery of the targeted operating profit for Tunisia.
• ·      Accounting, Tax & Legal: Ensure compliance of accounting books to Group accounting policies, tax compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT reporting), Financial Statements. Lead the external & Internal Audit Process.
• ·      Reporting: Manage daily/monthly/quarterly reporting process related to financial, legal or tax topics.
• ·      Budgeting: Manage company budget process, quarterly forecasts, long-term financial outlooks & ensure Operating Profit delivery.
• ·      Risk Management: Manage internal control process across whole organization.
• ·      Team Management: Ensure adequate structure and staffing of the Financial & Administration Area.
• ·      Exercise financial and administrative assessment of strategic plans for development of business

What we are looking for

Hands-on and strategic thinker with exceptional analytical talent. An efficient leader with the highest ethical standards. The person at this position should be able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

• Decisiveness: Being able to take actions and decisions, being prepared to take measured risks

• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident & convincing presenter, who relates to the audience

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is a big plus
• Audit experience in Big4 company is a significant asset.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Finance Controller/Financial Manager in an international company.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English
• Additional financial certifications: ACCA, ACA, CIMA or relevant
• Technical knowledge and skill – IT knowledge (Excel, ERP systems)
• Experience in people management
