This is a remote position.

At Staffus our people are our most important resource. We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to become one of them and to help us find them. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.

Your main tasks would be finding, pre-screening and contacting new candidates who are looking for and are qualified for open job positions abroad, especially in the German Healthcare system e.g. Experienced General Nurses and Doctors. You would also help us start the local activities, when candidates apply from new countries, regarding the digital documents collection for the candidate’s diploma recognition support and help our language schools with the pre-scheduling for candidates enrollment. For the pre-selection of qualified candidates for the employer interviews, you would support the process in close collaboration with the other departments. You will also screen incoming applications from recruiting partners in other countries and communicate with them to follow-up with signing candidates in our free relocation and qualification program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or any related field
• fluency in English and French is a must, a 2nd fluent language like Arabic, French, Spanish, Serbian or Macedonian is desirable
• Knowledge of German would be an advantage
• proficiency in working with data administration and cloud tools
• advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management and internet search
• familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases and management systems
• exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
• a good balance between communication and working correctly and on time with database and collaboration tools
• concrete and efficient communication via phone, e-mail and live chat
• at least 3 years of experience in relocation recruiting (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter); if it is related to healthcare/nursing profiles, it would be an advantage
• desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
• proven experience in conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
• professionalism, organization, and project management skills, support of workplace diversity
