Joining the TUI MM Finance Team as P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Supervisor, you will collaborate with the P2P activities within the MMBS (TUI Musement Business Services) to provide a high level of service for internal and external customers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

There are many ways for you to get involved: 

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business
• Support and maintain the Supplier accounts management, servicing TUI MM entities and businesses and assist the HUB Manager with the supervisory activities in accordance with the organization´s policies
• Interviewing and training employees and team members, team management and development support, providing ongoing support and advice to the team
• Analyze supplier aged items, supplier risk, debtor balances, accruals and review prepayment and deposit requests
• Ensure that payment proposals are executed timely and accurately and perform reconciliation and integrity checks 
• Address complaints, resolve issues and propose improvements for the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things: 

• Business University degree advantageous
• Solid experience in a similar position developing administration skills and supplier management
• Previous Team management experience preferred 
• Strong Excel skills, and ability to use MS Office tools 
• Someone with proven numeric skills and financial acumen
• A methodical, organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks 
• Previous experience with ERP tool – SAP, Dynamics advantageous 
• Excellent communication skills in English and French are mandatory, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
