We are a marketing software company who specialize in providing enterprise data solutions to blue chip companies in the UK and Europe. We have a growing Account Management team based in London who work directly with our clients and a development team based overseas who manage the development and coding part of the business.

Customer Service Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Taking client briefings and checking details and objectives for each project
• Control the quality of all work that is submitted to clients
• Identifying solutions to achieve the client’s requirements
• Have a good understanding of the client’s overall data structure and the associated CRM activity. 
• Have a good understanding of each business sector our clients are within so you can provide insight and
• Opportunities to leverage their data 
• Monitoring all stages of a client’s project and keeping them informed of progress 
• Analyzing, interpreting and presenting results
• Delivering ideas to clients for review

Qualifications

• Attention to details
• Numerate with an affinity for data 
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook 
• Good organizational and time management skills 
• Interpersonal skills
• A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
• The confidence to give clients trust in your work

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
