Confirmed skills in implementing and managing IT and financial market’s training programs within an in-house learning center:
· Analyses the management and the employees’ training needs
related to hard and soft skills.
· Choose and develop curriculum for new recruits, Knowledge capitalization and skills development. Elaborate training reporting etc.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Flexibility, engagement and client service-oriented.
At least 8 years of experience in similar field, within IT and/or financial
market’s sector.
*Senior pedagogical officer M/F:
Exceptional pedagogical and eductional skills:
· Elaborate pedagogical training supports (document, wiki, tutorials..).
· Provide live or web training.
· Select training provider.
· Very good English and excellent French. Other languages are appreciated.
At least 5 years of experience in similar field
*Training coordinator M/F:
Coordinating internal and external training sessions:
. Prepare training room, manage trainees and trainers, collect and analyze Feedbacks etc.
. Good English and French. Other languages are appreciated. At least 1 year of experience in similar field
