We are looking for a charismatic, confident and autonomous People Lead who knows how to inspire, motivate and develop a team. You will be responsible for developing a world-class team experience throughout the entire journey of a Think-iteer, from hiring to career-skyrocketing. Your focus will be on creating exciting career paths; finding and developing talent and fostering an environment of high-performance, innovation, and passion that will help our Think-iteers flourish. As a champion of our culture and values, you will also develop strategies, set up important processes and implement programs that will help the team experience how our guiding principles get translated into decisions on a daily basis. By steering our efforts in People Ops, diversity & inclusion, learning & development and various cultural initiatives, you will play an instrumental role in building a truly world class organization.
You will work directly with our executive team, and experience what it is like to drive a mission-driven, early-stage startup. We are an international, distributed team, from various disciplines – united in our vision to create a more equitable world.
