Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Description
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Tunisia.
The role responsibilities include:
•Fulfilling Preventive Maintenance Agreements
•Providing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting services on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment
•Timely reporting of technical issues
•Coaching & Training customer’s operators and technicians on site
•Delivering service products and support to our customers in order to maximize their system performance
•Interfacing with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as following-up with customers concerns and problems
•Maintaining and administrating customer files & reporting responsibilities for technical service department
•Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through the relevant channels.
Qualifications
•Strong electrical, mechanical and automation engineering background
•2 to 5 years experience in maintenance in the food or technical industry (preferrably field servicing experience)
•A good understanding of English is mandatory
•Ability to maintain positive customer relationships through strong technical skills and good interpersonal skills
•Must demonstrate the ability to install and commission complex lines independently
•Good working knowledge of PLC’s (Siemans, Allen Bradley)
•Accountable, customer-oriented and a team player
•Good experience in problem solving skills – Problem Solving Methodology (PSM) knowledge is an advantage
•Must be willing to travel extensively both locally and internationally
