Reporting to the Country Category Manager, you responsibilities will be as follow:
Responsible to define strategies and plans that deliver category growth in priority channels based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
Responsible to develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the category/sub category in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
Responsible to drive & follow up of instore plans: promotions, visibility, instore sampling and all other actions instore
Accountable to define overall priority sub-channels (Shop type), and categories within the channel to deliver Channel growth based on shopper and customer requirements, working with Category Development Managers to be in line with overall category strategies.
Accountable for recommending suitable product format, packing size and trade margin base on shopper insight and retailer understanding within the prioritized channel.
Accountable and Responsible for recommending channel price off promotional guidelines based on shopper/retailer understanding, brand positioning and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investments are properly reviewed and evaluated.
Accountable and Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for Nestle categories and brands.
Accountable for ensuring an agreed category baseline with supply chain & sales & recommending sell out volume build up for the category based on promotional calendar & marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing; MBA or graduate degree a plus
4-5 years experience in sales/Trade Marketing in FMCG industry.
Experience in Key Account Management or sales is essential
Proficiency in English, French and Arabic
Strong interpersonal relationship builder
Team player, dynamic and willingness to learn quickly
