Our client is part of an important group active on the Italian and International markets that operates in the steel industry. For them we are looking for a:

The candidate will collaborate with the Europe Sales Manager and report directly to the CEO. He/she will take care of following and developing the reference markets and implementing the commercial network on a global level.
Further activities included in the role will be:
– creation and expansion of the reference market;
– maintenance of existing customers and development of new customers;
– enhancement and management of the sales network;
– budget definition, management and control;
– forecast and reporting definition.
The ideal candidate comes from the sector, with experience in commercial responsibility roles proven by:
– presence and diffusion of the brand on the assigned markets;
– development data, encrease;
– optimization of market relations, organization and effectiveness of the sales network and processes.
Requirements
– Experience of at least 5 years in the role;
– Experience in the B2B sector and in the steel market, in particular coil;
– Experience in creating sales networks located in different countries;
– Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages, preferable French.
Managerial soft skills: serious, reliable and organized. He/she is an achiever, who works ethically and respects corporate compliance.
