JOB DESCRIPTION

• In this role at InstaDeep you will report to Business Development Team.

ROLE PURPOSE

To ensure the efficient delivery of projects in accordance with standards and procedures. To plan and oversee all aspects of projects, and to meet the project’s goals on time and within budget.  Ensuring organisation of people, tasks and resources to bring about a successful conclusion.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• * Leading the planning and implementation of projects through the full life cycle.
• * Defining a project’s scope and goals.
• * Planning and scheduling project timelines.
• * Coordinating project team.
• * Resource planning and allocation.
• * Quality assurance.
• * Carrying out risk assessments.
• * Managing project administration, including all documentation (integrating IT for optimal effectiveness).
• * Meeting budgetary objectives.
• * Reporting regularly to senior management.
• * Tracking project performance.
• * Project evaluations and results measurement.
• * Managing costs, people and resources
• * Foster stakeholder relationships to drive quality of delivery and customer satisfaction

ROLE SCOPE 

• Role contemplated will cover all the Company areas inter e.g. remit, countries it will cover

OTHER/WORKING CONDITIONS

• Some travel will be required in this role.

REQUIREMENTS 

Essential 

• *  5+ years Project Management experience within technology – including managing people, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and familiarity with project management software.
• * Track record of Consulting Delivery/Service Management/Customer Success or Customer Satisfaction Management.
• * Industry accreditations such as Prince, Agile, Scrum, Degree Level education, ITIL, etc.
• * Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• * Effective communication skills, in relation to both customers and project team members.
• * Ability to navigate and manage technical issues within a customer account and experience of managing complex escalations
• * Creative mind with a keen eye for design.
• * Negotiating skills – ability to influence both internally and externally.
• * Leadership and motivational skills – consistency in the way you behave to set right tone and high standards for the team.
• * Team working and collaborative skills – cooperative, personable and open in approach.
• * Time management and organisational skills.
• * Analytical and numerical skills.
• * Commercial awareness.

• Desirable 
• * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• * Experienced IT professional.
